Sharon is considered an expert in the field of commercial real estate transactions and title insurance with 30 plus years experience in the title industry. She is a licensed issuing title insurance agent for New Hampshire and Maine. She is past president of the Young Mortgage Brokers Association, and is active in both the New England and the New Hampshire Mortgage Brokers Associations and a member of the New England Land Title Association.

Sharon has been active in the Rochester Chamber of Commerce and has served as one of its ambassadors.

Sharon lives in New Durham, New Hampshire and enjoys skiing, golf, travel, and gardening.
